Dr. Lloyd

Dr. Lloyd was born and raised in Frostburg and is a 2012 graduate from Mountain Ridge High School.  She attended Frostburg State University pursuing a journalism degree until the loss of her childhood pet, a Himalayan, made her realize how truly important animals are to her.  Dr. Lloyd graduated from Frostburg in 2016 with a biology degree and subsequently attended veterinary school at Virginia Tech.  Upon graduation in May of 2020, she returned home to be near family, most of whom still live in Frostburg.  While she has a love for all animals, she is especially fond of cats, including her 2 rescues, Chance and Max.
